So, What Are The Options?
Depending on the severity of the damage there is one of two solutions:
SMART Service (Small to Medium Area Repair Technology)
Typically this will be for smaller everyday scrapes and scratches. It’s quick and convenient – a mobile specialist will come to you at your home or work and the repair will typically take a few hours.
Bodyshop
For more severe damage the vehicle would be required to come in to a fixed unit, this will typically take a few days rather than hours. We will keep your fully informed with every step along the journey.
With either solution we will always quote before undertaking the work. If in the event unforeseen further damage were revealed we would alert you before taking any action.
